Yes - We are launching a new business model! This is a design I have played with over the last year, and finally decided to implement fully. Its time has come. Basically, we blend the best of high-tech and high-touch, using the internet as a tool that really streamlines the process, with no attempt to replace agents. So everyone's time is maximized for efficiency, and the consumer saves BIGTIME.

I have studied other business models that have failed, and in my view this new way of doing business is a very natural next step for the industry, will really benefit buyers and sellers both.
