Flat Fee Listing Forms

Don't be intimidated by these forms! Just fill them out best you can and we'll call or email if we have any questions.

There are just two forms we'll need to have you up and running. This whole step should take about a half an hour or so.  You'll need your property's legal description for one of these, and you can find it either in your own property papers, look it up here, or just leave the legal description and tax ID blank and we'll look it up for you and confirm it with you.

Next, just open the form, print it, use your browser BACK button to return here for the next form until you have both.  Then fill them out as completely as you can, sign and initial, and with both complete, you're ready for Step 2.
